Villa Nefeli is the fifth Villa of Agios Antonios Villas located in Agia Triada village, a tranquil area full of olive groves, near Rethymno. Villa Nefeli is a recently constructed which overlooks the surrounding landscape and offers amazing views of the Cretan sea! Due to its great location , just 5 km away from a sandy beach Villa Nefeli is a great base to explore the nature of the island, such as Agios Antonios Gorge which starts just 800 meters away!

Exterior

Villa Nefeli offers everything you will need for a relaxed summer vacation! The 370 m2 outdoor spaces around the Villa, invite you to enjoy the whereabouts and let the clear sky and summer breeze revitalise you! The garden stone walls ,the plants and flowers create a beautiful environment! To make things even better a large part of the terrace is covered by lawn and a 25 m2 private swimming pool,0.90-1.45 meters deep, awaits you to enjoy the hot sun! The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and offers ample opportunity for all day long to sunbathing! For our younger guests some toys are also available! Additionally, next to the pool terrace you will find the BBQ facilities, as well as outdoor dining table for the whole family, giving you the chance to enjoy your homemade meals in the fresh air while gazing the stunning countryside views and enjoy al fresco dining!

Interior

Ground floor

This great villa extends in 115 sq. m. and is divided in two levels. Villa Nefeli can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or big group of friends. The villa is decorated in light colours offering a cozy atmosphere. Entering the villa you will find yourselves in the open plan living area that offers direct access to the pool terrace. The living room consists of leather sofas where the whole family can gather, as well as an open fireplace. The windows of the room boast amazing views of the surrounding area! Next to the living room you will find the practical and fully equipped kitchen and the dining table. A few steps above you will find the first twin bedroom and a bathroom featuring a bathtub and a washing machine.

A few stairs upwards the two remaining bedrooms of the villa are located. Each of them features a double bed and has access to a balcony, where patio furniture can be found under the shade of the pergola. A family bathroom can also be found on that floor featuring a bathtub.
